Our Speakers & Conferences Division designs and implements customized solutions for companies and non-profit organizations, featuring global experts that deliver impactful presentations for both internal audiences (training and development, motivation, business trends) and external audiences (marketing, networking, institutional relations). The Speakers & Conferences Division also manages speakers’ participation in national and international forums, analyzing and selecting the most attractive speaking invitations as well as proactively working to position them in events that are best suited to their and topics.

We are seeking a Junior Events Coordinator for overseeing all logistical aspects of the bookings, from travel to protocol and coordination. The position includes a base salary plus commission.Job Location: MadridRequirements:Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.Professional telephone manner..Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skillsDiplomatic and courteous under pressure.Extremely detail-oriented and big-picture-focused.Fluent in English.Fluent in Spanish.Desired:

Event management experience.

Experience in meeting with high-level clients.

Knowledge of the speaking industry is a plus.
